BATOR GROUP: DRIVES AND CONTROLS IN THE DIGITAL AGE

BATOR develops, produces and installs robust and technically innovative drive and control systems for all needs in industrial door construction. The control systems are equipped with programmable PLC components and frequency converters as required to meet complex control, safety and regulation requirements. They can be integrated into existing systems and can forward relevant data to control centres.

Other components:

Operating elements

The drive systems for opening and closing the doors are designed to be self-monitoring. The automatic safety system recognises all faults and malfunctions and immediately stops the movement before an accident can occur. Thanks to the special shape of the seals, fingers cannot get trapped between the door leaves.

Rubber profiles

Durable seals between the door elements minimise heat loss. The seals are made of permanently elastic, UV, weather and acid-resistant rubber. The gaps between the panels comply with the specifications for power-operated doors.

Static dimensioning

The extremely robust construction allows for very large doors, even with high wind and rolling loads. Nevertheless, physical limits must be respected. BATOR adapts your door according to architectural requirements.

Panels and door fillings

The kernel of the door consists of sandwich elements made of CFC-free PU foam. Thanks to a proven clip system, the sandwich elements are easily replaced. The sealant (galvanised, 1 mm) protects the door against driving rain on the outside and corrosion on the inside.

Upper guide rail

The strong, stable steel profile makes it easy to mount the guide rail on the building structure.

Trolley

Thanks to the BATOR trolley system, the doors can be opened easily and quietly. The rollers have maintenance-free special plain bearings and a sound-absorbing casing. The robust welded construction of the hot-dip galvanised roller carriage guarantees the absorption of all forces during door movements without tilting.

Hinges

The hinges on the door panel never come loose as they are form-fit welded connections. A thrust bearing to absorb the vertical forces ensures perfect operation and the grease nipples guarantee the durability of the door.

Lower track system

Depending on the situation, there are four options to choose from:

  • recessed for a smooth ride
  • barrier-free tie
  • Cross-sill
  • Counter-sunk track with integrated drainage system
