Various drive systems
Folding doors in the folding combination 1 + 1, 1 + 0, 0 + 1, 2 + 1, 1 + 2 and 2 + 2 can be operated electrically. As a variant, the robust pneumatic drive can also be used as a high-speed door.
Safety features
BATOR uses the latest technology for safety. Only proven safety components such as contact strips and light barriers are used.
This includes also the latest generation of detectors such as lasers and radar. In combination, these safety devices are very powerful and recognize potential hazard in advance and force the door to reverse or stop the movement early.
Design
BATOR folding doors (also known as bi-fold doors or four-fold doors) can be suspended or ground-supported and contain any number of elements. Gates can be produced and assembled up to a height of more than 36 ft. (12 meters). There are hardly any limits to the architect's design. The BATOR folding door also sets the tone in the area of security in our industry. Securtiy can be scaled as required: BATOR folding doors can also be requested in a certified WK3 / RC3 version or with additional bullet resistance up to certificate FB4 / BR4. Our security folding doors are often requested for national banks, museums, prisons, value transport companies, military and civil security facilities around the world and protect people and goods from impending danger on a daily basis.
For the North American market, our door systems have been successfully (Miami Dade) hurricane certified at the highest level.
Installation & Maintenance
The assembly of the door systems is extremely simple and efficient: with good preparation and suitable tools, the gate can be assembled and put into operation in only a few hours.
All elements such as carriages, shafts, guide rails, rollers and drive units are designed in such a way that they function for many decades with minimal material wear and minimal maintenance requirements. An investment that pays off.
